Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the turntable or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all stylus guards, cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
